COMMUNICATION
*NO RESPONSE FROM TIRE PRESSURE MONITOR MODULE —
TEST
4 Turn the ignition off.
Disconnect the Tire Pressure Monitor Module harness connector.
Disconnect the DRBIII from the DLC.
Measure the resistance of the SCI Transmit circuit between the Tire Pressure
Monitor Module connector and the DLC.
Is the resistance below 5.0 ohms?
Yes → Replace and program the Tire Pressure Monitor Module in
No
ACTION
accordance with the Service Information.
Perform TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING SYSTEM VERIFICA-
TION TEST.
→ Repair the SCI Transmit circuit for an open.
Perform TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING SYSTEM VERIFICA-
TION TEST.
