POWER DOOR LOCKS/RKE
*PASSENGER DOOR SWITCH OR SWITCHES INOPERATIVE —
TEST
11 Disconnect the Power Door Lock Switch connector.
Using a 12-volt test light connected to 12-volts, check the Passenger Door Switch
Return circuit.
Does the test light illuminate brightly?
Yes → Go To 12
→ Repair the Passenger Door Switch Return circuit for an open.
No
12 Disconnect the Passenger Door Lock Switch connectors.
Measure the voltage of the Passenger Door Switch Mux circuit.
Is the voltage above 4.5 volts?
Yes → Go To 13
→ Repair the Passenger Door Switch Mux circuit for an open.
No
13 If there are no possible causes remaining, view repair.
Repair
ACTION
Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1.
Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1.
Replace the Passenger Door Lock Switch.
Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1.
