Preprocessing

Specifies a pair of skew angles (positive and
negative values) at which the fine tune (step 1)
is performed.
Specifies a pair of skew angles (positive and
negative values) at which the fine tune (step 2)

Process
Performing the band erase and writing one track at
the position of radius = "start radius" and skew =
0°.
