VEE Measurement Program Operation
Specifies the starting point to sweep the write current.
Specifies the stopping point to sweep the write current.
Specifies the step by which write current is incremented while
measuring TAA. If you set this parameter with Start and Stop,
NOP will be computed and updated automatically.
Specifies the number of points in measuring TAA relative to the
change in write current. If you set this parameter with Start and
Stop, Step will be computed and updated automatically.
