Engine mechanical systems check.
Check engine mechanical parts or system which can
cause engine rough idle or poor performance.
– Engine compression (Refer to "Compression
Check" in Section 6A1.)
– Valve lash adjustor (Refer to "Valve Lash (Clear-
ance) Inspection" in Section 6A1.)
– Valve timing (Refer to "Timing Chain and Chain
Tensioner Removal and Installation" in Section
6A1.)
Are they in good condition?

DTC DETECTING CONDITION
DTC will be set when all of the following conditions are
detected for 5 seconds continuously.
P0327
• Engine is running
• Voltage of knock sensor is less than 0.9 V
P0328
• Engine is running
• Voltage of knock sensor is 4 V or more
