Installing the memory DIMM

1. Remove the filter cover (2-1). Then remove 9
screws (1) and remove the upper rear cover
(2-2).

the middle level (FLS) <25/25, 30/30, 40/40, 50/40 ppm>.

3. Replace the upper rear cover (2-2) using 9 screws (1) and then replace the filter cover (2-1).
