Release the scanner lever holding the mirror 1 and 2 frames.
1. Turn the scanner lever of the machine rear
side with the tool to release the lever holding
the mirror 1 and 2 frames.
Installing the original platen or DP (option).
1. Install optional original platen or DP.
Install other optional devices.
1. Install the optional devices (job separator,
document finisher and/or fax kit etc.) as nec-
essary.
