Removal procedure
- Lift window to top position.
- Unscrew lower w i ndow regulator guide fastening
(Fig. 15).
- Slide window regula tor guide rearwards (lock
side) until window regula tor roll er is cleared.
- Ext ract window regulator lower guide (Fig. 16).
Fitting oper ati ons
- Fo r fitting, proceed in reverse order.
Impor t ant: when fitti ng this com ~ onent
- chec k th at roller is engaged corr ectly in
lower guide section;
befo r e locking fastening screws in position,
manipulate window regulato r mechanism, and
make sure glass is fully engaged in channel;
adjust by sliding lower guide in fa stening
slots (Fig. 15).

- With glass in top position, remove parts:
l - Arm rest.
2 - W indow regulator handle insert.
3- Wind ow reg ulator handle.
4 - Remote control handle.
5 - Remote control handle inner gasket.
6 - T rim panel assembly.
7- Inner weatherstrip.
8 - Paper seal.

Kemoval procedure
-Set glass in top position.
- Unscrew mechanism fastening, and clear it from
its housing (Figs. 17 and 18).
- Sl ide mechanism rearwards (lock side) until
roller is cleared from front lower glass section.
- Slide mechani sm forwards (hinge side) until
roller is cleared from rear lower glass section.
- E xtract window regulator mechanism (Fig. 19).
Fitting operations
- For fitting, proceed in reverse order.
Important: check that rollers are correctly ·
engaged in lower glass secti ons.

- Remove parts:
1 - Arm rest.
2- Window regulator handle insert.
3- Window regulator handle.
4- Remote control handle.
5- Remote control handle inner gasket.
6 - Trim panel assembly.
7 - Inner weatherstrip.
8- Paper seal.
10- Lower window regulator guide.
11 - Window regulator mechanism.
Important: use two blocks to hold glass in its
position when window regulator mechanism is be ing
removed or fitted (Fig. 20).

Removal pr ocedure
- Unscrew lower glass gu ide shoe, and extrac t shoe
(Fig. 23).
- Tilt glass downwards by 45° from the rear (lock
side) (Fig. 21).
- Extract glass in this position, on door outer
side (Fig. 22).
Fitting oper a tions
- For fitting, proceed in reverse order.
Important
- check proper fitting of glass:
glass front end in relation to end of lower
window section : dimension 233 (Fig. 24);
glass front end in relation to rear end of
gl ass guide: dimension 118 (Fig. 24).
