Kemoval procedure
-Set
glass
in
top
position.
- Unscrew
mechanism
fastening, and clear it
from
its
housing
(Figs.
17
and
18).
-
Sl
ide mechanism rearwards
(lock side) until
roller
is
cleared
from
front lower glass section.
-
Slide
mechani sm forwards
(hinge side)
until
roller
is
cleared from rear
lower glass
section.
- E
xtract window regulator mechanism (Fig. 19).
Fitting
operations
- For fitting, proceed
in
reverse
order.
Important: check that rollers are correctly
·
engaged in lower glass
secti
ons.

- Remove parts:
1 - Arm rest.

Window regulator handle
insert.

Window regulator handle.

Remote control handle.
5- Remote
control handle inner gasket.

- Trim panel assembly.

Inner weatherstrip.

- Window regulator mechanism.
Important: use two blocks to
hold
glass
in its
position when window regulator mechanism
is
be ing
removed or
fitted
(Fig.
20).

- Unscrew lower glass gu ide
shoe, and
extrac

(Fig.
23).
- Tilt
glass
downwards by 45° from the rear (lock
side)
(Fig. 21).
- Extract glass
in
this position, on door outer
side
(Fig. 22).
Fitting
oper

- For fitting, proceed in reverse order.
Important
- check
proper
fitting of glass:

window section : dimension
