Remedy
Conduct a communication test to analyze the cause of the error. After solving the cause, resend
the order from the eRDS.
If it recurs, obtain the log etc. (Refer to "Information required for Reports" under "Version
Upgrade via CDS", "Version Upgrade" of Chapter 6 "Troubleshooting" of this manual.) and
contact Support Div. of the sales company.
Contact the sales company's Support Department. After confirming restoration of the delivery
server, re-execute the job.
If it recurs, obtain the log etc. (Refer to "Information required for Reports" under "Version
Upgrade via CDS", "Version Upgrade" of Chapter 6 "Troubleshooting" of this manual.) and
contact Support Div. of the sales company.
