Output Waveform during LCD Controller Operation (1/4 Duty)

In 1/4 duty mode, all of COM0, COM1, COM2, and COM3 are used for display.
1/3 Bias, 1/4 Duty Output Waveform Example
Those liquid crystal elements are turned "ON" for display which has the maximum potential
difference between the common and segment outputs.
