Specifies the static cost of the link connected to the specified port. Valid
values are 0 to 65,535. Assigning a value outside this range will fail and
generate an error. A value of 0 removes the static cost and the port reverts to
its default link cost. If cost is not specified, the command displays the current
cost of the specified port.
