Parameter 16-31 System Temp uses all elements in this array to calculate the system temperature.

Shows the temperature of an auxiliary component. The elements of the array reference the temperature measurements from the NTC
temperature sensors connected to hardware components in the drive. Refer to the Operating Guide for specifications of temperature
sensor placement.
