Function
One or more of the preventive maintenance events programmed
in 23-10 Maintenance Item has passed the time for the specified
action is parameter 23-11 Maintenance Action.
The capacitors are turned on at 20% (hysteresis of 50% gives
an interval of 10–30%). The capacitors are disconnected below
10%. The off delay is 10 s and restarts if the nominal power goes
above 10% during the delay. Parameter 5-80 AHF Cap Reconnect
Delayis used to guarantee a minimum off time for the capacitors.
The internal logics for the internal fan control is transferred to
this output to make it possible to control an external fan (rele-
vant for hp duct cooling).
The drive/system entered sleep mode. See parameter 22-4* Sleep
Mode.
A broken-belt condition has been detected. This function must
be enabled in parameter 22-60 Broken Belt Function.
The drive operates in fire mode. See parameter group 24-0* Fire
Mode.
The drive has been operating in fire mode. In software ver-
sion 7.3x, this output is only active 1 minute after fire mode is
stopped. See parameter group 24-0* Fire Mode.
To be used as signal for activating an external electromechanical
bypass, switching the motor direct on line. See parameter group
24-1* Drive Bypass.
All pumps running at full speed.
One or more pumps controlled by the cascade controlled are
running. The function also depends on parameter 25-06 Number
of Pumps. If set to [0] No, pump 1 refers to the pump controlled
by relay 1, and so on. If set to [1] Yes, pump 1 refers to the pump
controlled by the drive only (without any of the built-in relays in-
volved), and pump 2 refers to the controlled by relay 1.
NOTICE
If enabling the drive bypass function, the drive is no
longer certified for using the Safe Torque Off in versions
where included.
