Set the high starting current that should be applied for the time specified in parameter 30-20 High Starting Torque Time. The increased
current will improve the starting torque and starting performance in demanding applications. The high starting torque current is valid
for VVC+ and flux in speed open loop. The parameter can be used with the following motors:

algorithm detects a possible locked rotor condition in the motor
and trips the drive to protect the motor.
