(1) Setting
According to the purpose of use, set input devices and parameters as shown below. In this case, DI0
(Point table No. selection 1) to DI7 (Point table No. selection 8) are invalid.

POINT
To enhance noise immunity, set "_ 2_ _" to [Pr. PA13] when the command pulse
frequency is 500 kpps or less, or set "_3_ _" to [Pr. PA13] when the command
pulse frequency is 200 kpps or less.
