0 8: Reverse rotation start (ST2)
0 9: Internal torque limit selection (TL1)
0 A: Forward rotation stroke end (LSP)
0 B: Reverse rotation stroke end (LSN)
0 D: Gain changing (CDP)
2 0: Automatic/manual selection (MD0)
2 4: Manual pulse generator multiplication 1 (TP0)
2 5: Manual pulse generator multiplication 2 (TP1)
2 6: Override selection (OVR)
2 7: Temporary stop/restart (TSTP)
2 B: Proximity dog (DOG)
2 F: Speed selection 4 (SP3)
