Meaning
The currents in the motor windings are not
correct.
Regenerative circuit or regenerative resis-
tor is faulty.
Regenerative energy exceeds regenerative
resistor capacity.
• Setting of AC input/DC input is incor-
rect.
• Power supply wiring is incorrect.
Main circuit DC voltage is excessively
high.
Main circuit DC voltage is excessively
low.
One of the following was detected by the
converter.
• An operation error occurred when using
the limit relay for inrush current
• PN voltage error
• Regeneration operation error
• The converter's heat sink overheated
• An operation error occurred when using
the converter and fan
The capacitor of the main circuit has dete-
riorated or is faulty.
The servomotor speed is above the maxi-
mum rotational speed.
The pulse output speed upper limit of the
set encoder output pulse (Pn212) is
exceeded.
Incorrect vibration at the motor speed was
detected.
The servomotor was operating for several
seconds to several tens of seconds under a
torque largely exceeding ratings.
The servomotor was operating continu-
ously under a torque exceeding ratings.
When the dynamic brake was applied,
rotational energy exceeded the capacity of
dynamic brake resistor.
The main circuit power was frequently
turned ON and OFF.
The heat sink of the SERVOPACK or con-
verter exceeded 100°C.
The fan inside the SERVOPACK stopped.
The power supplies to the encoder all
failed and position data was lost.
The checksum results of encoder memory
is incorrect.
The battery voltage was lower than the
specified value after the control power
supply was turned ON.
Data in the encoder is incorrect.
The encoder was rotating at high speed
when the power was turned ON.
