The Control, D function allows the user to delete specified files
from the LIST–ID data base (HD or MOD).
Press Ctrl, D simultaneously. The cursor moves to the number
window.
Type in the number from the list displayed on the screen and
press Return.
Before deleting any data, the following message is displayed:
"Are you sure to delete the data ? (y/n)"
where 'y' means to proceed with deleting the data.
'n' means do nothing.
The data selected is then deleted from the data base.
If the user is cleaning up the media, especially in the case of
the Hard Drive, the following can be entered instead of a
number:
# Select Delete selected file numbers
A-All Delete ALL files from the media data base.
P-Page Delete ALL files on the current page
displayed.
Operates like the SAVE command on the OB Graph display.
Pressing these two keys simultaneously from the PATIENT
LIST MENU display causes the system to save the current
patient data. See Storing Patient Information on 4–8 for
details.
