Send a Report Page to a DICOM Device

A User Define key (1-6) can be assigned to send a Report Page
to a DICOM device. The following is the procedure to program
a User Define key.
1. Access the User Define function by pressing the
Set Up Top Menu key.
2. Select User Define from the Set Up Sub-Menu.
3. Press the DICOM Top Menu key. The DICOM
selection is located on Top Menu page 2.
4. Select the desired DICOM device in the DICOM
Sub-Menu by pressing the appropriate rocker switch.
5. Press the desired User Define key number.
6. The system will ask: "Save data? 'Y' or 'N'." Press 'Y'
on the keyboard to save the user define sequence.
Press 'N' to cancel the user define programming
function.
7. If a sequence is already assigned to the selected key,
the message will be displayed:
"Overwrite Existing data? 'y' or 'n'"
When 'y' is the reply for Save Data or Overwrite
Existing data,
"Input Name:
A user define function name must be entered with a
maximum of 11 characters.
8. Press the Mode Top Menu Select function to return to
the previous scan mode, if necessary.
9. This completes the programming of the User Define
key. The appropriate User Define key that has been
programmed will be half lighted (back lit).
When the Report Page is displayed, press the assigned User
Define key number to send it to the selected DICOM device.
