[4] GREASE CYLINDER

(1) Assembly/Disassembly of the Grease Cylinder

6. Fill with engine oil via the plug hole in the bracket.
7. Install the plug.
Type SAE #30CD engine
Lubricant
oil
Tightening torque Plug
Apply thread lock compound (Loctite 503 or equivalent)
1. Remove the track and the front idler. (Refer to the the Track and
Front Idler chapters for assembly/disassembly of the track and
front idler.)
2. Remove the grease cylinder from the track frame.

3. Use a crane during assembly.
IMPORTANT
• Wipe off any dirt, sand, etc. sticking to the inside of the
track frame prior to inserting the component.
• Make sure it slides smoothly and insert it.
