9. Install the disc and plate in order.
IMPORTANT
• Install the plates and discs alternately.
(1) Disc
10. Install the brake piston.
IMPORTANT
• Apply grease to the O-ring and backup ring.
• Be careful of the installation position of O-ring and backup
rings.

11. Install the valve plate and springs.
IMPORTANT
• Take care to face the valve plate correctly.
• Apply grease to the back of the valve plates and springs so
they will not fall off.
(1) Valve plate
12. Install the O-rings.
IMPORTANT
• Apply grease to the O-ring.
(1) O-ring
13. Install the base plate.
IMPORTANT
• Be careful so the base plate does not fall off.
• Tighten the hex socket bolts diagonal to each other.
Tightening torque Hex socket bolt
• Tool to use: 10 mm hex socket
