14. Install the ball and plug in order.
Tightening torque Plug
• Tool to use: 5 mm hex socket
(1) Ball
15. Install the spring, spool and plug in order.
IMPORTANT
• Apply hydraulic oil to the spool.
Tightening torque Plug
• Tool to use: 8 mm hex socket
(1) Spring
(2) Spool
16. Install the poppet, spring and plug in order.
IMPORTANT
• Apply hydraulic fluid to the spool.
Tightening torque Plug
• Tool to use: 10 mm hex socket
(1) Poppet
(2) Spring
17. Install the spool spring seat, spring and plug in order.
IMPORTANT
• Apply hydraulic oil to the spool.
• The spool must slide smoothly.
Tightening torque Plug
• Tool to use: 30 mm socket
(1) Spool
(2) Spring seat
18. Install the shockless valve.
Tightening torque Shockless valve
• Tool to use: 22 mm socket
(1) Shockless valve
