10. Install the cover on the casing.
IMPORTANT
• Install it in the same position as before disassembly.
• Note that the cover will ride up due to the springs.
(1) Cover
11. Install the hex socket bolts.
IMPORTANT
• Install them so the cover sits flat.
Tightening torque Cover
• Tool to use: hex socket 5 mm
(1) Hex Socket Bolt
12. Install the cam on the cover.
IMPORTANT
• Install it in the same position as before disassembly.
(1) Cam
13. Install the camshaft.
IMPORTANT
• Grease the sliding part that holds the camshaft.
• Install the indentation in the cam faces up.
(1) Cam Shaft
14. Apply Loctite to the threads of the hex socket bolt.
• Loctite #241
