The following flowchart shows the procedures to be taken when no LED on an output
module turn on during C Controller system operation.
POINT

When no LED on an output module turn on

Before using the following flowchart, check if the RUN LED on the C Controller
module is on.
If the RUN LED is off, set the C Controller module to RUN to turn on the RUN
LED.
No LEDs on an output module
turn on.
Is the MODE LED lit?
Yes
Is it on in <<Module information>>
of C Controller setting utility?
Yes
Does the output
number match?
Yes
Does the LED turn
on when another output
module is forced to
turn on?
Yes
Does the
LED turn on when
the output module is replaced with
another output module and is
forced to turn on
again?
Yes
It is a hardware fault of the output
module.
Consult your local Mitsubishi service
center or representative, explaining the
details of the problem.
