6.10 Initializing/Changing Mode of C Controller Module
6.10.2 Setting the Q06CCPU-V(-B) back to the factory-set status
To set the IP address back to default, start the C Controller module in the hardware
self-diagnostic mode (
"Default IP setting" mode.
1) Start up the C Controller module in the hardware self-diagnostic mode (with
the RUN/STOP/MODE switch set to MODE).
2) Repeatedly move the RESET/SELECT switch to the SELECT side until the
USER LED turns on.
Check that the USER LED is turned on and the current mode is "Default IP
setting".
3) Set the RUN/STOP/MODE switch to RUN to execute the "Default IP setting"
mode.
(The USER LED starts flashing, and it turns off when the "Default IP setting"
mode is activated.)
4) In the "Default IP setting" mode, reset or restart the C Controller module.
After resetting or restarting the C Controller module, the module will be in the
following status.
• IP address: Default IP address (192.168.3.3)
• Script file: None
5) Access the C Controller module from C Controller setting utility by using the
default IP address (192.168.3.3) and write default parameters.
Before writing parameters, open the <<Online operation>> tab and select
"Clear all parameter before writing" in the "Write parameters" area.
Resetting or restarting the C Controller module sets the module into the
factory-set status.
POINT
1. When the "Default IP setting" mode is executed with a CompactFlash card
inserted in the C Controller module, the script file "STARTUP.CMD" in the
CompactFlash card will not be deleted.
To set the script file in the CompactFlash card back to its original status, edit it
on a personal computer.
2. If the C Controller module does not operate normally even after execution of
the "Default IP setting" mode, format the standard ROM.
