5) When the C Controller system is malfunctioning
In the case of C Controller system malfunction or faulty user program
processing performance, take actions 1 to 3 if necessary to correct the system
operation.
[Action 1: Increase the link device refresh cycle setting value.]
Check the total link device refresh time (Max.) measured during C Controller
system operation, in "Link device refresh time (Max.)" in the <<Module
information>> tab of either of the following utilities.
• CC IE Control utility
• MELSECNET/H utility
Re-set a link device refresh cycle appropriate to the confirmed link device
refresh time (Max.) so that the following relational expression is satisfied.
Also, since the C Controller system specifications must be satisfied, determine
the link device refresh cycle, taking into account the user program processing.
