I/O numbers of a base unit

The C Controller module assigns I/O numbers when it is powered on or reset.
Figure 7.14 shows an example of I/O assignment when a base unit is set in Auto mode
and no I/O assignment is manually performed.

In the above example, I/O points of each intelligent function module is 32.
The number of I/O points varies by intelligent function module.
Check the number of I/O points in the manual for each intelligent function module before
assigning I/O numbers.
