Data are refreshed between the link devices and internal link device buffers in the
specified link device refresh cycles and with refresh parameters set in CC IE
Control utility.

This refresh is performed in the area ranges that are set by refresh parameters
and also set in Network range assignment in the <<Parameter settings>> tab of
CC IE Control utility.
