An error occurred during diagnosis of the intelligent
function module I/O assignment.

system settings, multiple CPU settings, etc.
An error occurred during diagnosis of multiple CPU
parameters.
An error occurred during diagnosis of the intelligent
function module parameters.
An error occurred during parameter diagnosis of any of
the following network modules.
• CC-Link IE controller network module
• MELSECNET/H module
• CC-Link module
