The operation mode is changed by switches. (

Hardware self-diagnostic mode
A hardware failure occurred or the C Controller module is in reset

When all LEDs except the MODE LED turn off, it indicates that the

diagnostics and settings have not been executed yet, or have
completed normally.
An error occurred during mode setting (Mode 1, Mode 2, Mode 3, or
Default IP setting mode) with the RESET/SELECT switch.
Flashing
The error location can be identified by the status of the following LEDs.
"RUN", "CF CARD", "STS", "CH2 SD/RD", and "USER"
ERR. LED off: Mode 1 is selected.
On
ERR. LED flashing: Indicates the location of the error that occurred
during execution of Mode 1 to Mode 3.
Flashing
Mode 1 is in execution.
ERR. LED off: Mode 2 is selected.
On
ERR. LED flashing: Indicates the location of the error that occurred
during execution of Mode 1 to Mode 3.
