6.10.2 Setting the Q06CCPU-V(-B) back to the factory-set status
2) By creating a script file in the CompactFlash card
• Write the following script file "STARTUP.CMD" to the CompactFlash card,
insert it into the C Controller module, and then start the C Controller
module.
(The RUN LED flashes during processing the script file
"STARTUP.CMD".)

* 1 The sample script file for standard ROM formatting is registered to the development environment
(personal computer) after installation of SW3PVC-CCPU.
• When the RUN LED stopped flashing and the MODE LED is flashing
green, the standard ROM formatting and shutdown processing is
completed.
Power off the C Controller module.
If the formatting of the standard ROM is terminated in error, the ERR. LED
turns on. (Redo the above procedures if terminated in error.)
• Power off the C Controller module and then remove the CompactFlash
card.
IMPORTANT
1. To format the standard ROM, perform the method provided in (4) (a) in this
section.
Do not format it by using a command from Tornado Shell.
2. Do not power off or reset the C Controller module while the standard ROM is
being formatted.
Doing so will cause the standard ROM to be formatted again when the C
Controller module is started at the next time.
(b) After formatting the standard ROM
Files such as parameters and user programs are deleted. (
Section 6.10.2 (2))
(After formatting the standard ROM, resetting the module causes a parameter
error (no parameters) and the ERR. LED flashes.)
Access the C Controller module from C Controller setting utility by using the
default IP address of CH1 (192.168.3.3) and write default parameters (or any
given parameters).
Reset the C Controller module after writing parameters and setting the IP
address.
