Installation
Reverse removal procedure.
Headlight Diode Inspection
Check internal circuit of headlight diode (1) using
multimeter (diode check range) as shown circuit. If found
defective, replace diode.
Hazard Switch Inspection
Check for continuity between terminals at each switch position. If check result is not as specified, replace switch.
Stop (Brake) Lamp Switch Inspection
Check stop (brake) lamp switch for continuity between terminals at each switch position.
If check result is not as specified, replace switch.

Light Relays Inspection
1) Check that there is no continuity between terminal
"C" and "D". If there is continuity, replace relay.
2) Connect battery positive (+) terminal to terminal "B"
of relay.
3) Connect battery negative (–) terminal to terminal "A"
of relay.
4) Check continuity between terminal "C" and "D". If
there is no continuity when relay is connected to the
battery, replace relay.
