PRIMARY Mate and local are configured to be of same side.
CAUSE
PRIMARY The configure side of the platform coming up to opposite of its mate.
ACTION
SECONDARY The mate is configured with wrong mate red DNS name.
CAUSE
SECONDARY Configure the mate DNS name properly for mate.
ACTION
TERNARY Mate red and DNS entries are changed.
