PRIMARY Issued when a circuit group blocking (CGB) message was not acknowledged before the timer 19 (T19)
CAUSE expired for the associated CIC.
PRIMARY Verify that the SS7 signaling adapter processes is running normally. Verify that the call agent platform
ACTION is active.
SECONDARY Verify that the SS7 interface hardware is in service. Verify that the associated SS7 signaling link is
ACTION available.
TERNARY Verify that the T13 timer is set to an appropriate level.
