- Motor vibration (it generally occurs when P0202 = 7)
1. Decrease the id proportional gain (P0440) in steps of 0.05 down to the minimum of 0.2.
2. Decrease reduce the iq proportional gain (P0438) in steps of 0.05 down to the minimum of 0.5.
3. Decrease the speed proportional gain (P0161) in steps of 1.0 down to the minimum of 4.
- Motor will not accelerate (PM with encoder)
- Check that the identification of the motor cables matches the power terminals U/T1, V/T2 and W/T3 of the
inverter. Otherwise, make the connections again.
- Motor shaft spins in the wrong direction (sensorless PM)
- Check that the identification of the motor cables matches the power terminals U/T1, V/T2 and W/T3 of the
inverter. Otherwise, make the connections again.
- Motor effective speed (P0002) is limited below the maximum speed (P0134)
Parameter P0134 is limited automatically by:
P0134 = Ud
xx 636/P0435.
