RECEIVED CALLERS LIST

By default, the 6867i has a dedicated
Administrator can assign the Received Callers List key to any key on the left or bottom keys
on the phone.
The Received Callers List is a stored log of your incoming calls. You can use the Received
Callers List key to access a list of callers that called your phone.
The Received Callers List is a stored log of your incoming calls. The 6867i telephone stores
information on up to 200 incoming calls in the Received Callers List. Your telephone logs the
name/number of the caller, when they last called, and if the call was answered or missed.
Additional information such as the call duration, line used, and call features used during the
call can also be viewed.
You can view, scroll, and delete line items in the Received Callers List from the IP phone UI
as wells as copy selected entries to the Directory. You can also dial out directly using a displayed
entry in the Received Callers List.
The following table identifies and describes the various icons displayed in the Received Callers
List.

Notes: When the Received Callers List is full, the oldest call records are deleted to
accommodate the information of new callers.
If the telephone number of an incoming or outgoing call matches a number that you
have programmed with a name in a softkey or the Directory, the Received Callers List
display the same name and number.
DESCRIPTION

Indicates the call was secured using TLS/SRTP encryption.
Indicates the call was using Mitel Hi-Q™ audio.
