Description
Determines the signaling class used by T1 channels on outgoing calls
(Immediate Start by default).

Notes
CO Requirement. The Outgoing Type setting must match what is ordered
from the CO.
Power-Cycling Requirement. For changes to this parameter to take effect,
the system must be turned off, then back on.
