Description
The default value for this parameter is determined by network specifications.
It should not be changed.
If a red alarm occurs, the "CFA" LED on the T1 card lights. Also, if the Red
Alarm Relay (FF1 8# 4# 4/5# 4# 2#) is enabled, the alarm relay on the T1
MDF card closes.
