Description
Determines the signaling class used by T1 channels on incoming calls
(Immediate Start/Ringdown by default).

Notes
CO Requirement. The Incoming Type setting must match what is ordered
from the CO.
Power-Cycling Requirement. For changes to this parameter to take effect,
the system must be turned off, then back on.
