Printing a Swatch Book
To print a Swatch Book of PANTONE® spot colors:
1. Open the Color Manager.
2. Select the Spot Color Editor tab.
3. Right-click on the desired row in the Spot Color Table.
4. Select [Print Swatch Book...].
5. At the Print Spot Color dialog:
a. select the queue name from the drop-box.
b. select PANTONE® Coated or PANTONE® Uncoated from
the Type drop-box.
6. Select [OK]. The Swatch Book of spot colors will print.
Reverting to original spot color values
To revert to the original values for a spot color:
1. Open the Color Manager.
2. Select the Spot Color Editor tab.
3. Right-click on the desired row in the Spot Color Table.
4. From the context menu, select [Revert]. The spot color will
revert to its original values.
NOTE: The spot color preview swatch will change to reflect the
reversion.
Deleting a custom spot color
To delete a custom spot color:
1. Open the Color Manager.
2. Select the Spot Color Editor tab.
3. Right-click on the desired row in the Spot Color Table.
4. From the context menu, select [Delete].
NOTE: Delete is only available for custom spot colors.
PANTONE® colors cannot be deleted.
5. When the delete confirmation dialog appears, select [OK]. The
custom spot color will be removed from the Table.
Printing a proof of a spot color
Within the Edit and New dialog boxes for spot colors, you may
choose to print a proof of the color being edited or created.
To print a proof of the color:
1. Open the Color Manager.
2. Select the Spot Color Editor tab.
