Editing IP Addresses and Members
IP Address information can be edited:
1. Select [Enable Specified Connections].
2. Right-click the IP Address that you want to change and select
[Edit...].
3. Make your changes and select [OK]. changes are made
immediately.
Deleting IP Addresses and Members
To delete an IP Address:
1. Select [Enable Specified Connections].
2. Right-click the IP Address you want to remove and select
[Delete]. The IP Address is immediately removed.
After the normal installation process the printer can be set up to
meet the needs of specific work environments. Selections can be
made for the following:
Setting International Preferences
Setting Up the Default Save Directory
Setting PPML preferences
Setting Job Processing options
Setting the Job Policy
Setting the font site policy
Stocks and Trays
Setting Preferences for the Remote Workflow
Setting International Preferences
International Preferences allows the System Administrator to set
the language and various display formats that appear on the
controller, banner pages, and on accounting records, for the
culture and environment in which the system is installed.
The languages available in the pull-down menu are the languages
that have been installed on the DocuSP controller. If your system
was not set up for other languages, no other languages display.
To set international preferences:
1. Select [System Preferences...] from the Setup menu.
2. Select the International tab.
3. From the Module pull-down menu, select the area for which to
