To set a queue to hold jobs:
1. Open Queue Manager.
2. Right-click the queue and select [Do Not Release Jobs]. The
Release status in the queue list will change to No.
Using queue list controls
The Queue Manager contains other settings that enable you to
control the display of the queue list.
To use the display options in the queue list:
1. Open Queue Manager.
2. Select the desired queue.
3. From the View pull-down menu select one of the following:
Columns...: Determine the queue list display by selecting
or deselecting queue list titles. See, Managing the queue
list for additional information.
Show Toolbar: Selecting this option displays an
assortment of tools that correspond to common tasks.
Hide Toolbar: This option, which is only available when
the toolbar is displayed, toggles the display of the toolbar
of.
Redisplay: Refreshes the display of the list to ensure all
changes are reflected.
Setting the default queue
Queue Manager enables you to select a default queue.
To set the default queue:
1. Open Queue Manager.
2. Select the queue that you want to designate as the default
queue.
3. From the Queue pull-down menu select [Set as Default].
4. A checkmark is placed next to the queue you selected,
indicating that it is the default queue.
Managing the queue list
You can determine the queue list display by selecting or
deselecting queue list titles. If deselected, the item is removed
from the queue list row.
To manage the queue list:
1. Open Queue Manager.
2. From the View menu, select [Columns...].
