in a license package share the same validating license
numbers and expiration date. Each feature within a
license package can be enabled or disabled
separately.
•
Status of the license: Indicates if the license is valid or
invalid. All features within the license package inherit the
status of the license package.
•
The State column indicates if the license is enabled,
disabled, or mixed:
–
Enabled: The license package and all the features
contained within the package are enabled.
–
Disabled: The license package and all the features
contained within the package are disabled.
–
Mixed: Indicates that some features within the license
package are enabled while others are disabled.
•
License expiration date: All features within the license
package inherit the expiration date of the license package.
Accessing license properties
To access license properties:
1. Select [Feature Licenses...] from the Setup menu.
2. If a license contains features, double-click the license to
expand or collapse the view. The number of features within the
license package is indicated in parentheses.
3. You can select license package or feature properties by
performing one of the following:
•
Right-click a license package or feature and select
[Properties...].
•
Select a license package or feature and click the
[Properties...] button.
4. If a license package is selected:
•
In the License field select [Activate] or [Deactivate].
•
Licenses with features: You can enable or disable all
features. The number of features within the license
package is indicated in parentheses.

Maintain Current Status: The status of the license
package and features within the license package
remain the same. If marked, the Enable All and Disable
All selections are grayed out.

Enable All: All the features within a license package
are enabled. This selection is made available only if
Maintain Current Status is cleared.
–
Disable All. All the features within a license package
are disabled. This selection is made available only if
