To print the accounting log:
1. Select [Accounting...] from the Administration menu.
2. Select [Print...].
3. Select a print queue from the Queue pull-down menu.
4. Select a Sides Imaged from the pull-down menu.
5. In the Quantity field enter the number of sets to print.
6. Select the [Log Entries] option in the Pages to Print field to
choose the pages you want to print:
Select [All] to print the entire accounting log.
Clear [All] if you want to print a portion of the accounting
log and enter a range of job ID numbers.
Select the [Job ID] option and enter a job ID number to
print that specific record.
Select [OK] to print the accounting log.
How do I use Power Saver?
When you are logged onto the DocuSP system as either a System
Administrator or Operator, the Power Saver option is available.
To set up automatic power saver perform the following:
NOTE: If the printer is in Power Saver mode, you must exit Power
Saver before accessing Power Saver Setup. Select [Exit Power
Saver] form the Printer menu.
1. Select [Power Saver Setup....] from the Printer menu.
2. To set monitor shut off:
a. Select [Set Monitor Off Mode].
b. Once enabled, the Time Delay field becomes active. Type
or use the slide bar to set the number of minutes that will
elapse before the monitor turns off.
3. You can select either or both [Low Power Mode] or [Sleep
Mode] by marking the corresponding checkbox. If both Low
Power Mode and Sleep Mode are selected, Sleep Mode will
not activate until the Low Power Mode timer has expired. To
designate the length of inactivity time that must elapse before
printer power saver starts. In the Low Power, and Sleep Mode
fields enter a number of minutes by typing the value or using
the slide bar. The maximum inactivity time period is located to
the right of the mode slide bars.
Low Power Mode: A reduced power consumption mode
entered after a specified period of system idleness. Low
Power Mode is terminated by print requests and certain
other system events.
Sleep Mode: Similar to Low Power Mode, but in this mode
the fuser and certain devices are completely powered off.
