2. Double-click a queue to open Queue Properties.
3. Select the Stock tab.
4. Specify a paper stock for a queue by performing one of the
following:
a. From the Name pull-down menu select a stock. Select
[Unspecified] from the Name menu to set custom stock
properties using the Size/Color FAB, Type/Weight FAB,
and Coating FAB.
b. Rather than assigning stock characteristics each time you
work with a stock, you can create a list of pre-programmed
stocks which are accessed through [Stock List...]. Your
printer comes with several pre-programmed stock types,
but you can add additional named stocks to the list.

Select [Stock List...].
ii. Click the stock you want to use.
iii. Select [OK] to exit the dialog window.
c. Use the Size/Color FAB, Type/Weight FAB, and Coating
FAB to set stock properties. If Custom Stock is selected
from the Size pull-down menu, within the Size/Color FAB,
the Width and Height fields become active.
NOTE: Be sure the attributes you select are supported on
the printing system.
5. Once you have finished making your selections click [OK], or
continue setting queue properties. Your selections will display
on each individual FAB.
The Output tab contains features used for determining output
options that are processed through the selected queue.
NOTE: When you select the Override option for any queue
property, that selection will apply to any jobs submitted to that
queue and will take precedence over any property selections
made in the Job Manager or programmed into the job.
The Output tab allows you to perform the following tasks:
Using the Basic Settings FAB: Allows you to set sides imaged,
and collation options.
Using the Stapling/Finishing FAB: Select finishing, offset, and
output options.
Using the Slip Sheets FAB: Enable slip sheets.
Set layout, or imposition options for a queue using the Layout
FAB. See, Setting Layout Styles, and the Layout Styles for
additional information.
