• To export all records mark [All].
• Clear [All] and enter the range of job ID numbers you want
to export.
• Select [Job ID] and enter a job ID number to export all the
specific records associated with the job ID.
5. Select the format version of the exported accounting log from
the File Properties pull-down menu.
• Version 2: This is the version supported by DocuTech 61xx
with DocuSP 1.4 or earlier and DocuTech 65/DocuPrint 65
with DocuSP version 1.1 or earlier. Selecting this version
exports only the accounting fields applicable to these
versions of DocuSP. The Type field displays Condensed
DocuSP and the Encoding field displays ASCII.
• Version 3.x: Exports all entries, except trapping, present in
the accounting log. The exported file is a fixed format and
does not vary in length. The Type field displays Full
DocuSP and the Encoding field displays ASCII (3.0) or
EBCIDIC (3.1). This version exports accounting log entries
that may not be applicable to all printing products, and
matches the feature set for DocuSP 2.x.
• Version 4.x: Exports all entries including trapping. The
exported file is a fixed format and does not vary in length.

field displays ASCII (4.0) or EBCIDIC (4.1). This version
exports accounting log entries that may not be applicable
to all printing products, and matches the feature set for
DocuSP 3.1.
• Version 5.x exports all entries including those for color
attributes. The exported file is a fixed format and does not
vary in length. The Type field displays Full DocuSP and the
Encoding field displays ASCII (5.0) or EBCIDIC (5.1). This
version exports accounting log entries that may not be
applicable to all printing products, and matches the feature
set for DocuSP 3.5.
• Version 6.x contains Account ID, User ID, and additional
job data for the purpose of identifying who ran jobs and the
account to which users are assigned.
NOTE: The new fields are as follows: (1) Black Only Page
Counts, (2) Color Only Page Counts (color products only),
(3) Large Sheet Page Count (>13.61" /345.7mm wide on
iGen3 only), and (4) Anti-Alias Page Counts (color
products only).
NOTE: Since the new fields add color features to the
accounting log, Monochrome users may choose to retain
their current workflows and continue to use one of the
earlier versions.
