User Intervention: Prompts the operator with a fault
message when a job fills the partition. The selections
available are: print the job in small partitions, print the
job 1 to N with a quantity of 1, or cancel the job and
require that the job be broken into smaller pieces and
resubmitted.
7. Set the Proof Quantity to a value of 1 through 100 to specify
how many copies of a proof job are printed. The default value
is 1.
NOTE: You are required to restart the system after making
changes in Job Completion Options. Select [Yes] to restart
immediately. If you select [No] your settings will not be applied.
8. Select the appropriate option for 2-Sided Stock Conflict
Resolution. The 2-Sided Stock Conflict Resolution option is
used when printing duplex jobs on media that has different
attributes on the front and back sides, such as glossy paper.
NOTE: You are required to restart the system after making
changes in Job Completion Options. Select [Yes] to restart
immediately. If you select [No] your settings will not be applied.

Move Side 2 Images to Next Page: A job
programming conflict between the front and back side
media attributes results in the back side being placed
on the front side of the next sheet of media it was
programmed for.
Apply Side 2 Properties to Side 1: The back side
properties are applied to the front side. For example, if
page 5 is programmed for blue paper, page 6 is
programmed for white paper, and page 5 and 6 are
duplex, there is a media conflict. The properties for
side 2 are applied and page 5 is printed on white paper.
9. To cancel inactive jobs after a specific period of time:
a. From the Cancel Inactive Jobs After Timeout field select
[Enable].
b. Enter the number of hours that must elapse before inactive
jobs are cancelled. The hour range is displayed below the
field.
10. Select [OK], or continue setting system preferences.
NOTE: Available selections within the Job Policy tab depend
on the printer configuration.
