Setting Administrative Pages properties

Exiting Power Saver
If the printer is in Low Power Mode or Sleep Mode, you can
immediately exit these modes by selecting [Exit Power Saver]
from the Printer menu, or by releasing a job for printing.
The Switches dialog enables you to control settings that vary
depending on which printing system you have. The Switches
options include the following:
Setting Administrative Pages properties
Setting the sides imaged
Setting the edge treatment option
Setting the audible alarm
Administrative Pages are optional pages that print with the job.
For the Banner Page and the Error Page you can select the
default paper stock, enter a Site Message, and select font options.
For additional information about using Administrative Pages at the
queue and job level see Using queue Administrative Pages, and
Using job Administrative Pages.
NOTE: The Attributes Report contains fixed font settings that are
not affected when selecting Administrative Pages properties for
the Banner Page and Error Page.
Banner Page: The Banner Page provides the following
information:
Job name
Job sender: The name of the person who sent the job.
This field cannot be edited.
Job recipient: The name of the person who will receive
the job. If you don't know the name, you may enter a
recipient location.
Banner page message: Information you want to be
printed on the banner page.
Printing date and time
Number of copies: The number of job copies that were
printed.
Product name and current software version level
Account number
Job ID: The job identification set at the controller.
