i. Select [Enable] to set Automatic Export/Purge options.
The [Settings...] button becomes active.
ii. Click [Settings...] and select the directory, file
properties, and export records that will be purged or
exported.
iii. Click [OK].
d. Enable Remote Purge if you want to purge the Accounting
Log from another (remote) computer using a network
connection to the DocuSP server. Select a Remote Purge
option:
NOTE: You must restart the software for Remote Purge
changes to take effect.
– Disable: Disables the Remote Purge feature.
– Enable Without Password: All users have access to
the Remote Purge option without a password, and are
able to purge the log remotely.
– Enable With Password: A user must enter a
password for access to the Remote Purge option and
to purge the log remotely.
e. Select [OK].
Printing the Accounting Log
You can print specific entries or the entire Accounting Log. The log
prints on 8.5 x 11 inch or A4 standard paper. Selections can be
made for number of copies, the queue selection, and the sides
printed.
NOTE: Log entries are printed in the order they are received.
Older records are printed first. The log is printed with one record
per page.
To print the accounting log:
1. Select [Accounting...] from the Administration menu.
2. Select [Print...].
3. Select a print queue from the Queue pull-down menu.
4. Select a Sides Imaged from the pull-down menu.
5. In the Quantity field enter the number of sets to print.
6. Select the [Log Entries] option in the Pages to Print field to
choose the pages you want to print:
• Select [All] to print the entire accounting log.
• Clear [All] if you want to print a portion of the accounting
log and enter a range of job ID numbers.
• Select the [Job ID] option and enter a job ID number to
print that specific record.
