Before contacting Juniper Networks, Inc. to request a Return Materials Authorization
(RMA), you must find the serial number on the platform or component. Most
components have a small rectangular serial number ID label (see
Figure 87 on page 195) attached to the component body. You can also display the
JCS 1200 platform components and serial numbers from the management module
command-line interface (CLI).
